Mama's Grill!
Every day, this locally owned and family operated
restaurant is jam-packed with tourists patiently waiting for their meals to be
grilled to perfection.
The whole area is an open-air hut with tables that can
accommodate up to a hundred people. At the side, you can see long smoking hot
grilles filled with different inihaw/ roasted foods. Their menu features
classic Filipino BBQs such as chicken legs, meat kebabs, tuna fillets,
vegetable sticks, shrimp and squid barbecue, and many more!
To complete your meal, dip it in either sweet or spicy
sauce together with a plate of hot rice and a cold local beer! Now that's what

And since they are located along General Luna Tourism Road,
they can easily be found because of its Nipa-hut-like structure and circular
signage with a smiling Buddha.

visit La Carinderia, a go-to place for every tourist that serves meals with an
impressive fusion of Italian and Filipino cuisine.
Both locals and expats will fall in love with their
meals such as Polpette di Zucca, a crunchy ball of pumpkins and Panzerrotto, an
empanada-like traditional Italian street food. They also serve Filipino
favorites like Tuna Sisig, a sizzling spicy marinated tuna together with fresh
tomatoes and gingers. To complete your Italian food voyage, try out their
special Carbonara!
Inspired by small local eateries in the country, La
Carinderia is just a small open-air restaurant. Another interesting thing here

This cafe is literally open-air and offers an
unobstructed view of Cloud 9 boardwalk. And with its wide space, it can
accommodate up to 60 guests. They even have swings where you can enjoy your
meal while relaxing with the view!
Aside from their signature healthy meals, they also
promote zero waste wherein they use Papaya stalks instead of plastic straws.

Sisig, Crispy, Kangkong, Shawarma wraps and bowls, and Lechon Kawali.
Another
unmissable treat is their Halo-halo, a Filipino dessert served in a fresh
coconut fruit!
