Good news travelers! Just in time for the holiday
season, you might want to consider northbound trip this time.

Here's why, the Department of Public Works and
Highways inaugurated Anduyan Bridge and the Aringay-Tubao Alternate Road last
November 26, 2018. This newly opened bridge and complimenting alternate road is
expected to make trips going to Baguio from La Union and vice versa easier and
faster.
From La Union to Benguet the 14-kilometer
Aringay-Tubao route will cut the travel time from two hours to just 35 minutes
drive.
On the other hand, the travel time from La Union to
Baguio City will also be reduced to one hour from the previous 2 hours and 25
minutes.
Lion's Head at Kennon Road
Since Kennon Road is still closed to motorists, this
project is expected to decongest traffic along Agoo-Baguio City Road or Marcos
Highway and Bauang-Baguio Road or Naguilian Road.
Make the most out of your holiday as you can now
include Baguio, Benguet, and La Union in just one long drive. Now that's what
